charming, charming, charming
I loved the beautifully decorated common areas filled with antiques and art, creating a unique ambiance. The rooftop terrace offered fine views and was perfect for enjoying drinks while soaking in the local atmosphere. Having a refrigerator in the Beautiful King Room added a nice convenience for our stay.
would recommend 💕💕

The fried oysters from Restaurante la Rana Feliz were heavenly! Also, the amazing rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to wind down with mezcal, and the friendly staff at check-in made us feel welcome from the start.
We definitely did NOT get the room we paid for. it was nothing like the pictures! No windows, a noisy old air conditioning machine, and the shower had a stained glass window right into the reception. The beds were rock-hard, and we just couldn’t catch a break with hot water running out every shower. Quite the adventure in discomfort!

Just a good pick for a transient stop in Oaxaca with outstanding value for money. The terrace was a great spot for enjoying a drink with nice views. Check the shower for hot water before using it.

Highly Recommend it for Urban Explorers
The location was very nice, just steps away from the buzzing market and really perfect for wandering around the town. At the top of the hotel, there was this amazing rooftop terrace where we enjoyed some great Mezcal, just the two of us with a fine view of the city at night. It made for a romantic setting that I won't forget.
It wasn’t cheap, but for the price, it was still acceptable considering the experience.

I really loved my stay here! The rooms were super comfortable and clean, and the breakfast included was just perfect. However, the shower pressure was a bit weak, which was a bummer.

The location feels perfect. very close to El Zocalo and the bustling Mercado 20 de Noviembre. I appreciated being able to stroll just a few blocks to explore these attractions. The bed was huge, offering a comfy place to rest after a day of sightseeing. The terrace was a great spot to enjoy some drinks and relax. However, I had some issues during my stay. The bathroom had water temperature fluctuations while showering, which was frustrating. Also, at breakfast, the options were limited and served until 8:30 am, which did not align well with our early tour schedules. Another disappointing moment occurred when I faced an unfriendly attitude from the receptionist regarding laundry fees. it just felt unnecessary after all the inconveniences with plumbing. A more welcoming approach would definitely enhance the experience.

The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from El Zocalo and the bustling Mercado 20 de Noviembre. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable seating area, and I appreciated the flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries in the private bathroom.
The bed could have been more comfortable.
